OUR COFFEE IS MADE FROM FAIRTRADE-CERTIFIED BEANS

The art of artisanal roasting:

  • During the roasting stage, the green coffee beans are heated, cooked, then roasted, in order to release all the aromas.

  • Each “Pure Origin” Espresso from our terroir results from a unique roasting recipe designed to reveal its personality and enhance its individual splendor. So you can discover local coffees from different regions of the Ivory Coast.

  • Our master roaster defines advanced roasting formulas, at temperatures never exceeding 250° at the end of the cycle, to allow time for the aromas to emerge without altering the quality of the coffee.

  • The beans are then cooled by means of a powerful blower before the grinding operation, to preserve the aromas of the freshly roasted coffee.

  • This roasting technique makes it possible to obtain a coffee with very little bitterness and guarantees a range of exceptional flavors that will take you on a journey to the highest peak of Côte d'Ivoire!
